Thule Group are now searching for a Technical Customer Service Administrator within the Customer Service department in Hillerstorp, close to Värnamo.
This position is expected to respond to inquiries and claims by phone, e-mail, or post from end consumers from all Nordic countries, as well as diagnose and resolve basic technical issues for Hillerstorp supported dealers and distributors. Another important part of this position is to give technical support and technical product training to the rest of the customer service team.

Your profile:
To be successful in this role you need to have a commercial mindset and share our passion for the great outdoors. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile.
We work in an international environment where a high level of English is required. You have a couple of years’ experience from customer service, preferably from a technical perspective as well as good knowledge of the Office package.
An academic degree in engineering or business is considered a strong advantage.

This is a temporary position based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, to cover for a 1 year maternity leave, expected to start in September or October. You will report to the Consumer Service Manager, David Martinez
