OM TJÄNSTEN
Worldline is the world's fourth largest company in payment solutions and today has customers such as Airbnb and Spotify. They have around 20,000 employees in over 50 countries, of which around 120-130 have employees in the office in Sweden. The team you will be part of consists of six team members with very good cohesion and you will come to a role where you will naturally network and get to know most of the teams and functions on Worldline. You will work both from the office and from home and you will solve the absolute majority of the cases you work with via email.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The cases are received via the Service Desk and you mainly answer questions via email and almost all communication takes place in English. The cases you work with are of varying nature but can, for example, involve answering customers' questions about the status of a transaction, if a certain currency is available to collect information from sellers to carry out a first troubleshooting of technical problems in the systems.

* Be the first point of contact to Wordline's clients through Atlassian’s systems
* Conduct the first troubleshooting for technical issues
* Coordinate more complex technical errands to the right division within Worldline
* Continuously work with developing routines and procedures within your team
* Who has a post graduate exam within a relevant field, for example within ecomomics or IT
* Who has a strong technical interest
* Who has professional knowledge in English since this will be your primary work language
It will be considered an advantage if you have previous experience within service or the area of banking/finance. It will also be considered a plus if you are familiar with Atlassian’s systems.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A post-secondary education in a relevant area, for example in economics or IT
- A few years of work experience in service, support or finance
- An interst for IT and technology
- Professional knowledge in English as it will be your primary working language
