Responsibilities
As a Technical Engineer you will be a valuable driving force within the Product Team. You will be taking architectural and security lead with focus on information security and identity/authorization protection. In close collaboration with other teams, security and risk stakeholders, you will secure that there is a relevant IT security and risk posture for M365 tenant. You will be assessing available and built-in security and risk features that will support our colleagues in their everyday work and at the same time contribute to the overall security posture for H&M Group. Your daily work will include:
Support the PO in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate security, product and quality metrics and key success indicators
Act as a partner to the product team and cross teams and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements by applying your IT architectural and security expertise
Support with identifying new product features based on business and security needs and opportunities by assessing feasibility and requirements
Be part of testing the efficacy of new product releases and features
Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & perform UAT
Continuous quality improvement culture established in the team

Who are you?
We believe you have previous experience of working as an IT-architect within digital workplace. You have strong communication skills and an ability to convey your message to the business, security, and risk stakeholders, as well as other colleagues. You have a deep knowledge in M365 and good experience within the different security and risk features part of the M365 license SKUs related to information, identity security. To be successful in this role, we also think you have experience from driving large scale IT architectural initiatives/ projects in enterprise organisations. We also believe you have:
Experience of IT Architectural frameworks & Methodology such as; TOGAF, IASA, Zachman
Good experience from working with offshore teams
Deep know how in agile ways of working. Eg SAFe
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments

It is beneficial if you have a developer background and knowledge about the limitations and opportunities in M365 and how security features should be built/configured according to best practices.

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm, Sweden. We will review and interview on-going, apply as soon as possible but no later than 2021-10-10.
