Technical Expert

Rekrytering till företag Presentation We are now looking for a Technical Expert on behalf of one of our customers in Malmö. Arbetsuppgifter Primary duties and responsibilities will include: - represent the company in dealing with customers to ensure satisfaction - provide technical support on the products/services to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner - assume primary support responsibility for one of the company's core product and secondary support responsibility at least one other core product - support the launch of new products and/or technologies - conduct site investigations for product deficiencies - provide 'pre-sales support' to evaluate proposed solutions, network configurations and choice of hardware etcetera - assist in the collection, compilation, and reporting of system problems. Furthermore you will perform laboratory simulations of reported field product problems, and enter details of all support activities into the department Case Tracking System Software. You will report to the Product Support Services Manager. Utbildning/erfarenhet As a Technical Expert you need to have: - advanced ability to use Microsoft PC Operating Systems - structured technical troubleshooting skills - intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - excellent organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently. You also have excellent verbal and written Swedish and English communication skills including the ability to relate technical terminology to customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
