Technical Implementation Lead O2C/3DC Nordics

We are looking for a
Technical Implementation Lead O2C/3DC Nordics
(unlimited, full-time) Chose one of our locations, with 80% Mobile Office: Sweden (Varberg, Uppsala or Stockholm) or Norway (Oslo, Rörvik or Sandefjord)
You will be responsible to create a basis to seamlessly onboard our new clients into our organization. You will be leading a team of professional implementation managers across the Scandinavian countries. You will be the one to lean on when the wind gets windier, the enabler and the one who is the first to praise others when achievements are conquered.
Your tasks
You will have accountability and responsibility for the technical execution of customer/partner implementations with the goal of growing the company's revenue from existing and new customers
Through active leadership you will secure the drive, engagement and efficiency in the team of implementation managers in the Scandinavian countries and ensure that employees are competent, proactive, solution-oriented, working independently and in a way that meets requirements from internal and external stakeholders
You challenge the status quo of technical implementation including business need definition towards the business units
You manage the knowledge transfer and standardize the implementation within the technical implementation team
You participate in internal and external events and secure that the team contribute with required competence at pre-sale as well as in client meetings

Your profile
You successfully completed studies in IT, economics or business informatics with IT background or have a comparable qualification
You are an experienced leader with previous work experience in a tech environment preferably within the finance sector (e.g. O2C, Debt Collection)
You have gained initial experience in technical implementations
You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently in English
