Support and lead HCL Application team supporting VR Delivery.

Manatory skills
+12 year experience on DL1, IMS, DB2, Cursors, Cobol, JCL, MQ, SFTP, Mainframe and integration setups
Experience connecting APIs to mainframe
Good knowledge on LPARs, IMS plex, transactions setup.
Capable of designing and implementing latest technologies to the system.
Experience working on Eztrive, Rexx, PLATINUM
Experience using IMS connectors from JAVA
Good experience in DLI commands
Experience in creating PSBs, ACBs, DBDs and generating them for IMS plex.
Working experience in Unix box within Zos.
Capable of interpreting the assembler programs.
Experience and deep knowledge on architecture of IMS, DB, Table spaces and integration setups
Strong technical background with focus on software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required to communicate within team and with stakeholders.
Experience in JAVA and frameworks (struts) is a plus.
Good experience in handling and coordinating the team.
Soft skills to create and present a tedious architecture is required.
