Technical Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Requirements Engineer to support system engineering activities for a centralized automotive ECU platform.
The role includes requirement breakdown, architectural alignment, fault report analysis, and integration support within an ASPICE-compliant development environment.
This position requires close collaboration with System Architects, Software Developers, Test Engineers, and Engineering Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering
Analyze and refine system-level requirements.
Break down system requirements into clear, testable software requirements.
Maintain bidirectional traceability (System → Software → Test).
Manage requirement baselines and impact analysis using CarWeaver (System Weaver).
Support architectural corrections and requirement allocation.
Assist in verification and validation strategy alignment.

Fault Report & Bug Handling
Analyze fault reports raised by Engineering Manager.
Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.
Trace faults to system/software requirements gaps or inconsistencies.
Ensure corrective updates to requirements and documentation.
Support closure verification and alignment with acceptance criteria.

Required Skills
Strong experience in automotive embedded systems.
Hands-on experience with CarWeaver (System Weaver) & Team centre.
Experience with centralized ECU / HPC platforms
Good knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, Autosar and Basetech
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Hands on experience in working with Infineon TC3x microcontroller series
Good understanding of ISO-14229 Diagnostics

Good to Have:
Hands on experience in working with various peripherals like GPU, IST, SCE

of NVIDIA Xavier which has ARM CPU
Hands on experience in RTOS, Zephyr OS or Linux
Good experience in Embedded C

Profile
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in electrical, electronics, computer or other appropriate engineering discipline.
Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive SW / Systems development (SWE.1/SWE.2).
Good hands-on experience with CarWeaver (System Weaver) & Team centre.
Good experience in communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet.,
Good working experience of Diagnostic protocols.
Experience in handling the centralized ECU / HPC platform requirements
