Technical Lead – Operational customer data & integrations

We are looking for a Technical Lead in the Operational Customer data & integrations unit. As a Technical Lead, you will find yourself in the very center of the high-pace development of our customer-facing solutions. Whether it is in transforming solution architecture into new development projects, coordinating continuous development, or ensuring that the solutions correspond to the needs of the business, you will play a key role in the technical design and the custom-made digital solutions that we create. You will collaborate closely with all participants in the development chain, from the business stakeholders and IT architects transforming the designs into development tasks for the developers whose daily work you will be coordinating and enabling.

Responsibilities:

Planning the development of solutions according to the business requirements and business capabilities along with the systems architecture designs

Prioritize, coordinate and support the development team’s daily work in continuous development and projects

Ensure that development follows appropriate security and architecture guidelines

Manage documentation of developed solutions

Your qualifications:

A master's degree in computer science.

Five years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry.

Experience in practical Integration Architecture work, also in management & governance.

Knowledge and experience of IT architecture are considered a benefit.

Ability to document developed solutions in a well-structured manner, implement and facilitate governance processes, and have proven communication and negotiation skills.

Skills and experience in Microsoft Azure integration and data technology stack as well as Experience in API / Event-driven Microservices using ASP.Net core, C#, SQL, and No SQL

You are a systematic person with an assertive and solution-oriented mindset. You like communicating and collaborating with other people and you have knowledge of different development methodologies. You have a proven ability to get things done in a complex environment.

Team manager experience is appreciated.

You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and fluency in a Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian) is considered as a benefit.
