Vi ingår också i ett globalt nätverk som bygger mobila multimediatjänster under namnet 3. 3 is looking for a Technical lead for Peoplesoft CRM to join our CRM & ERP team at our Stockholm office. The team is responsible to develop software on about 10 systems surrounding Oracle E-business suite (ERP) and Peoplesoft (CRM) which are all tightly integrated. [As technical lead you will be responsible for the development standards within Peoplesoft CRM and setting guidelines for solutions within Peoplesoft. The role will require that you will act as a technical counterpart and working very closely with the consultants who are developing[Peoplesoft CRM. You[are expected to be able to work efficiently[and[be able to[understand systems analysis techniques and have demonstrated experience in applying them in practice. You will drive and lead the Peoplesoft CRM performance project. This includes working with different stakekholders (DBAs, users, developers etc ) and drive what is needed to improve performance. As a Technical lead in our CRM & ERP team you are also expected to handle the following:[ * Together with our architects driving the technical roadmap of Peoplesoft CRM[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ * Proposing improvements/tools surrounding Peoplesoft CRM * Support business analysts (solution designers) with applications- and technical expertise on CRM * Reviewing Application designs written by consultants * Analysing and design solutions to improve performance[within CRM[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ * Developing software/tuning SQLs matching requirements * Support operations who are running the CRM application Required skills & experience: * Developed in Peoplesoft CRM or other applications for at least 4 years * Bachelors degree in[telecommunications, computer science or software engineering[[ * Developers experience in CRM, telecom and Peoplesoft * Acted as developer lead * Demonstrated self-direction skills * Fluent in English and ideally Swedish, both written and spoken
