Technical Product Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Product Expert who can take an exciting and leading role supporting the Homogenizer business globally.
Tetra Pak works on a global arena with the biggest customers in the liquid food processing industry and has a very strong reputation to build on. Tetra Pak is accelerating the ambitions and the homogenizer business is key for the company.
You will be a key member in the homogenizer technical team, consisting of highly skilled technical experts, which develops and improves the homogenizer product portfolio. As a Technical Product Expert, you will manage and support issue resolution, queries and claims related to the Homogenizer portfolio in close collaboration with customers and colleagues in the markets.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden. Some travel can be required to support colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
What you will do
As a Technical Product Expert, you will work in a dynamic organisation where you will have close collaboration with several stakeholders both internally and externally. You will lead the direct communication with market companies and customers. Through these discussions, you will also act as a link between development of the Homogenizer and customer’s needs.
Your focus areas will be:
Manage issue resolution inbox (QuTI-P)
Analyze, identify unclarities & improve incoming technical issues, queries and claims
Participate, lead and/or drive technical support and taskforce activities
Coach and support stakeholders on Homogenizer portfolio related topics
Support product portfolio improvement activities
Lead and/or support in quality improvement activities
Drive and initiate improvement activities


We believe you have
Needed skills:
Technical degree or diploma in engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience from working with liquid food processing equipment
Solid experience in technical issue resolution
Knowledge of RCA, Root Cause Analysis
You are familiar with the QTIM, Quality and Technical Issue Management-process and the QuTI-P, Quality & Technical Issues Platform-tool and have the capability to analyse and see recurring trends
You speak and write in English fluently. Swedish skills will be considered a merit, but not a must


Additional valuable skills:
Experience of Tetra Pak processing equipment from a technical perspective
Experience from commissioning and/or operation of food processing lines
Knowledge of food safety and equipment safety
