Technical Project Leader - TPL

Main responsibilities:
? Take responsibility for the technical leadership in Cab development project
? Scoping project and identify resource requirements
? Establishing project plans, schedules, and execute to the plan
? Take responsibility for product Q D C, Quality, Delivery and Cost
? Take responsibility for R&D resource allocation, internal and external consulting and prototype budget
? Take responsibility for direct material product cost (with support from purchasing)
? R&D timeline
? Product verification and validation

Qualifications:
? Masters degree in engineering or equivalent experiences
? Strong understanding of the general product development process
? Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
? Experience with off-road or on-road cabin systems is an advantage
? Demonstrated knowledge of the Volvo Global Development Process is an advantage
? Understanding of cabin testing methodologies (ROPS/FOPS, vibration, environmental)
? Experience from design in Reference Point Systems is an advantage
? Experience in project management is an advantage
