Technical Project Manager

Why don’t you come and join our skilled team in Sweden working on some of the most interesting and high-impact projects for some of the biggest and well-known brands across Scandinavia!

Here’s what your day to day responsibilities might look like:
Analyze, plan and develop requirements, standards, and best practices for our projects.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal and milestones.
Hold regular team meetings to determine progress, address any questions or challenges regarding projects, and follow all the necessary ceremonies where needed.
Set clear deliverables and responsibilities for team members on projects.
Communicate and report to both clients and other relevant personnel within Shortcut.
Multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.


And here’s what you’ll need to make the above happen:
Technical savviness and strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with mobile app development, cloud, and other relevant technologies.
Great communication skills and ability to talk to both technical and non-technical people.
Exceptional management and coordination skills.
Excellent grasp of agile software development and its methodologies.
Proven experience in leading teams.
Persistence in clarifying and finding solutions for ambiguous or unclear client requirements.
Fluent English
Proficiency in Swedish is a huge plus for this position (Preferable Swedish speaker)
Preferable in Sweden
Great communication skills
