Technical Project Manager

Skånemejerier, med säte i Malmö, är Sveriges näst största mejeriföretag, med en årlig omsättning om knappt 4 miljarder SEK. Position

You will be responsible of different projects within the Skånemejerier Group Organisation in Sweden and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries and status quo report. As part of the Technical Department, you will be part of and execute medium to large projects across multiple technical areas. Your work is in close collaboration with different departments and it also involves external parties. You will create pre-project plans, risk analysis and standard documents setup. You also will secure that required resources are available to deliver on time according to project plan and ensure use and best practice in project management.


The position is based at Skånemejerier plant in Malmö and you report to Technical Manager.
The employment is on full time with unlimited duration.


Your profile


You are an engineer with a broad technical knowledge, preferably in process or mechanical. You have a minimum of 2-3 years experiences as a project leader. As a person you are structured, organized and have a good ability to handle stress. You have an analytical capability and are well experienced in holding together large projects, handle difficult situations, succeed priorities and many deadlines. You are open to learn and teach other within the organisation, as we rely on each other through the different projects and you?ll find it easy to collaborate with others.
The position also involves international contacts and fluency in English both verbal and in writing is required. Travelling will also be required in some projects.



Requirements:

- A university or higher professional qualification in either process or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences as project leader.
- Experience in producing scope documentation for projects and manage to it throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple key projects, with accountability to prioritize work and ensure that all project timelines are met.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge in AutoCad.
- Good knowledge in English, written and verbal.
