Technical Project Manager

We are looking for Technical Project Managers with varying experience who can work from our office in Västerås. You will play an important role in, together with our customers, making the world a safer and more sustainable place through innovation and efficiency. With a keen interest in new technology, digital tools and leadership, you lead projects in production and Product development in an efficient and engaging way.

You work in different contexts, team compositions and industries such as electrification, manufacturing industry or defence. You will be involved in operational, tactical and strategic issues in the projects and take great responsibility including, for example, budget, schedule, resources and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The organizational context will vary from start-ups to established international players, challenging you to think in new ways.

But you will not be alone. The keyword will be collaboration. Crossfunctional teams are created to solve problems together. Products and business areas will differ, but one thing will remain: you will build new exciting things.

Skills needed

Being reliable and professional is of course important in this role, but equally important is that you are a positive and communicative relationship builder. Furthermore, you have a strong desire to develop, learn new things and share your knowledge, and are structured and organized.

We find the right challenge for you who are early in your project management career as well as for you who are more experienced.

- Strong experience in Product development and a background in Mechanical engineering or Industrial economics.

- Previous experience in Systems engineering, Technical integration or as a Technical Project Manager.

- Good knowledge of Product development processes and project models.

- Being able to explain and talk about highly complex problems and explain them to experts and non-experts alike.

- Fluent in Swedish or English.
