Technical Project Manager / Onboarding

Want to work for an exciting international start-up? We are looking for a technical project manager who can on-board our customers, integrating our services with our customers' infrastructure. You are part of the sales team, working as the link between sales and tech. Your responsibility is integration and on-boarding of customers, technical projects and building up structures and processes around this.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Understanding a client’s business objectives and specific needs
- Lead and manage digital solutions across channels, including web builds, new product features etc - from planning through to implementation
- Lead workshops on integration through the on-boarding process of new customers
- Plan for and prioritize deliverables and resources from across all projects, based on scope of work and project goals
- Creation and ownership of project scope, detailed project plans, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, schedules and financials in collaboration with account team
- Proactively monitor projects to anticipate potential risks and identify solutions to address them in advance
- Development of statement of work, scoping documentation and liaising with client IT teams to coordinate requirements
- Briefings, status meetings, and accurately communicating a project’s progress with clients and internal teams
- Project administration
- Share and implement project management best practices internally
- Internal post-project reviews & analysis


Skills such as being proactive, understanding people and their goals, taking ownership, being able to “get the big picture”, are crucial for a project’s success.

- Post-secondary education or university degree in one of the following: Computer Science/Business Administration/Commerce/Engineering
- At least 2-4 years project management experience specific to software integration and customer relations
- Demonstrated success in the management of multiple projects in the area of software integration
- Lead your own workshops with customers regarding software integration
- Demonstrated organizational abilities, strong attention to detail with previous technical experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (Swedish and English)
- Enthusiastic problem-solver that can lead both large and small-scale digital projects
- Solution-oriented work, positive team player
- Ability to work independently
- A good understanding of computer programming language and ability to communicate with our customers technical team
- Excellent time management skills to multi task across multiple simultaneous projects, tasks and product releases
- Computer programming experience is a plus
