ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Projekt Manager you represent your team in different contexts and ensure the right resources for the projects. Your duties will vary and you will be given the opportunity to plan and manage your daily work yourself.

For example, you will


* Lead a team of senior and knowledgeable developers.
* Have contact with external suppliers of optical parts.
* Be responsible for the development of test equipment for manufacturers.
* Handle development schedules and quality assurance.
* Keep schedules and set a budget

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for delivering high results and pushing the limits together with their team. You are used to taking initiative and together with the team come up with solutions and solve problems without waiting for someone else to do it. We are looking for an open-minded and humble individual who has a strong belief in his/her skills. Since you have many stakeholders, it is important that you are a people person.

Important skills for this position


* Master of Science degree with specialization in physics or similar.
* Knowledge in optics, from professional life or studies
* Experience of project management
* Fluent in both written and spoken English


Good to have skills


* Experience of high-volume manufacturing
* Python programming
* Matlab
* Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish
