Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager
What You Will Work On
Lead and coordinate the project team, stakeholders, and suppliers toward defined project goals and delivery according to the receiving organization’s requirements.
Define project scope, interfaces, and exclusions in a structured project plan.
Monitor and manage project performance regarding risk, SHE, quality, budget, timeline, organization, documentation, and function.
Lead design and functional development of equipment investments to ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements.
Develop procurement documentation and requirement specifications and evaluate suppliers in collaboration with purchasing.
Resolve technical challenges within the project scope.
Plan and lead installation, start-up, and commissioning of production equipment.
Plan and ensure validation activities are executed in accordance with GMP requirements.
Provide project-specific training to the receiving organization.
Ensure structured documentation and archiving according to applicable SOPs.

What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of documented experience in project management of investment projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently.
Experience managing equipment investments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of risk management, validation processes, SHE, and quality management.
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Strong technical interest and understanding of production equipment and systems.
