Are you an Electronics Engineer? Do you enjoy working with both improvements and development? Join our Hardware Team as a Technical Project Manager!

In our Product Improvement Team within the Hardware Department at R&D, we work with developing and improving our routers and switches. In this team consisting of skilled and supportive colleagues, you will work with hardware design, re-design, troubleshooting and brand labeling, to name the main tasks. We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead continuous product improvements and re-design projects.

Are you our new Technical Project Manager?

Westermo offers a wide range of products designed for harsh environments. We design and develop Hardware and Software, and we have our own production close by. The products have a long lifecycle and continuous improvements of the products are therefore vital. In this role, you will have a variety of tasks, running electronics projects such as re-design and branding. You will coordinate projects, collaborating with our Product Office, Production, and the other teams within R&D, e.g. Software Teams.

You will work with our products from specification to serial production. You will be working with several parallel projects, leading review meetings with colleagues from different parts of Westermo.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has knowledge in electronics design and wants to work in projects and collaborate with different functions!

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has an interest and understanding for electronic design, appreciates working in an organization where quality and collaboration is key, and is able to drive projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Academic Degree in Electronics or similar.

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Knowledge in Electrical design and troubleshooting

Meritorious:

- Experience in working close to production

- Experience within hardware design or testing of electronic equipment

- Programming skills in C, VHDL and/or LabView
