Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with a go-getter attitude and proven successful track record to gear up our tech team in Stockholm. ??You’ll play a key part in our growth by attracting and retaining top talent for iZettle.

Business, but not as usual

Your primary responsibility will be identifying, recruiting and closing candidates for tech positions. You’ll be a self-motivated individual who will play a key part in iZettle’s growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the CTO and managers to understand and meet their hiring needs
- Delivering great service to managers involved in recruitment and manage ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
- Sourcing potential talent via personal networks, Linkedin, github, stackoverflow and other creative means
- Manage projects within Talent Acquisition to develop and improve our processes and global initiatives

You’ll be based in the Stockholm office, reporting into our Global Director of Talent & Culture.

The skills you need to succeed

- 2+ years of experience in technical/engineering recruiting
- Strong recruiting fundamentals, with an understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- You are a fast learner who’s flexible and used to dynamic environments with changing priorities
- Coursework in Computer science and/or HR
