Technical Sales
Bioprocess Control is a technology and a market leader in the area of smart laboratory instruments for both research and industrial application in the biotechnology fields including biogas, wastewater, organic wastes handling, greenhouse gases emission, animal feed and human nutrition.
The people working at Bioprocess Control have multiple roles in the daily operation. When working with technical sales you will cover the functional roles as technical sales, customer support, sales administration and statistics.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Direct sales in all sectors for the whole sales cycle, including prospects generation, pre-sales to deal closing
- Technical support. Coordinating within the customer support team for providing customer proper response on time.
- Responsible for customer database development and management for supporting sales and marketing actions
- Weekly and monthly sales statistics analysis and reporting
- Responsible for interview and feedback collection of existing BPC customers
- Presentations and product-demonstrations in conference/exhibitions
For this position we´re looking for someone who is eager to work with technical sales with relevant engineer background, good working ambition and teamwork spirit. To succeed in this role, you have to be self-motivated and well organized. You´re responsible and ambitious. To be able to build a good relationship with your clients and for in-house task coordination in general, excellent communication skills in English is a must.
Requirements:
- University engineering degree (BSc or MSc) in biotechnology or chemical engineering
- Experience of sales
- Drivers license
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
Additional qualification requirements:
- Experience of utilization or selling laboratory instruments
- Other language skills
