Technical Solution Manager for Wireless Systems

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. Your key responsibilities will be: Technical Needs Analysis and Strategies - Following the international telecommunications market, keep track of the industry trends, and provide analysis reports for the product development, sales and marketing, and management teams.- Studying the key operators' product features, and marketing, investment, and operation strategies - Developing product strategies to support overall strategy and support the business development activities for direct and indirect sales - Participating in client communication meetings with the appropriate Account Manager to understand, analyze and evaluate client needs and project feasibility - Proactively developing solution proposals to expedite sales processes - Providing consultation on the Company's and customers' strategy of marketing and research.Marketing - Preparing and participating in exhibitions and technical seminars, presenting products and technical solutions to support promotional activities.Sales - Promoting the Company products and solutions externally and building up brand image in the industry - Providing the technical expertise of the sales process from proposing the technical solution through responding to the client's technical questions to finalizing the contract - Following up the technical requirement and roadmap of the client, analyzing their networks, providing the specs of products and supporting the testing - Organizing internal technical resources for customized technical solutions - Updating relevant teams internally on the development progress of products and their unique selling points.Ideal Candidate Profile - Education:Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant major - Working experience:Over 3 years experience in telecommunication fields, preferably with presales background and/or working for an operator with radio networks - Excellent knowledge and understanding of Telecom and IP operators.- Strong technical understanding of wireless technology such as GSM/UMTS/LTE.- Pro-active customer focus - Excellent presentation skills Additional Information The job may require traveling within Europe with overnight stays.There may be occasional travel to overseas.To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.
