Technical Specialist Adecco Nordic IT

Adecco looking for at Technical Specialist to Adecco HQ Stockholm. Job description: To be the main point of competence regarding the IT infrastructure of Adecco Nordics and Baltics. In collaboration with CTO plan and execute all measures necessary in order to assure optimal maintenance and development regarding hardware, software, security and other IT technical related areas. Independently drive and facilitate new solutions within areas mentioned above. Backing up CTO and support with complex problem solving issues.Technical testing and validation of new technical solutions, hardware and software. Keep up to date with latest current and future issues and distribute this knowledge to the relevant parties. To help out with other tasks in the Nordic IT-department when needed. To ensure that Nordic IT security policy is followed and implemented. To take part in weekly Nordic IT meetings. To do a good work and avoid complaints on performed tasks. To ensure that Group and Nordic It policy is followed and implemented. Authority The person has autonomy to perform the above tasks, with regular reporting to the Nordic CTO. Skills, education and experience required: We are looking for you with at least 5 years of experience with similar work. The position doesn't require university/college studies but we prefer it along with your technical experience from technical operations.You need to be fluent in English and at least in one of the Scandinavian Languages (Danish, Norwegian and Swedish). Knowledge in the Finnish and/or French is considered a merit. In the position you are expected to show a great deal of self motivation, independency and high degree of communication skills. You should feel comfortable working in a highly dynamic job environment, often with tight deadlines.
