Greenworks is looking for a Technical Support Agent to be part of the central After Sales team in Sweden, the position can be placed either in Jönköping or Malmö. You will be part of developing the future.

About the job

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent with technical interest and high product understanding who will be part of our central After Sales team in Sweden and support our European organization including close cooperation with local After Sales teams in Germany and France.

High customer service level and customer satisfaction will be the key focus in this role.

Your tasks will consist of but not limited to:

You will be the frontline of our customer support-related technical questions, claims and warranties handling FAQs, common difficulties, and time-sensitive queries. Daily work includes ticket management, troubleshooting, and handling of customer complaints related to battery-powered garden machines and robotics. The main point of contact with customers is by e-mail and on occasion by phone and video call. You will handle customers from all over Europe. Contribute to developing customer service work by strengthening the customer focus and establishing a "100% customer satisfaction" culture within the entire company.
 

Job Requirements

We appreciate it if you have worked in similar positions before and/or have an interest in battery-powered equipment + have a customer-focused approach and business-oriented mindset.

Language

Besides Swedish, it is required that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. It will also be considered a merit if you speak French, German, or any other relevant European language.

The following is of importance to succeed in this role:

Experience and understanding of working with customers and colleagues all over Europe. You have the customer in focus and are happy to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. A great interest in our line of products and ability to learn all technical aspects to become a Technical Support specialist by using and working with our products. Basic electrical knowledge. Mechanical/technical experience from vehicle, electrical or similar industry. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Experience from robotic mowers and/or gardening tools will be considered as a merit.
It will also be considered a merit if you have:

Experience from Zendesk and/or SAP Understanding about quality improvement projects Driving license
