We require Swedish native speakers who have good English to work as Technical Support Agents for an exciting new opportunity with one of the world's leading blue chip IT companies.We initially offer permanent contract with CPL.If you are technical enough and love computers, you could be considered even without University education.Send me your English CV (as a Word document) as soon as possible to reserve your place.Latest possible starting date is the 2nd of April.Some of the following skills are required:

.Good technical ability, aptitude and experience
.Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT
.Technical support/Customer Service experience
.Great customer service skills
.Strong problem solving skills
.Good English and fluent Swedish


Salary: 22000 ?gross per year + excellent benefits + bonus + relocation
