Would you like to work in Dublin, Ireland?
We require Swedish native speakers who have good English to work as Technical support Agents for an exciting new opportunity with one of the world's leading blue chip IT companies.
We initially offer an 11 months contract with possibility of further extension and salary review after the first contract.
Some of the following skills are required:
Good technical ability and aptitude
Degree with some Information technology in it (Doesn't need to be Computer Science)
Technical support or Customer Service experience preferably in a call centre environment
Great customer service skills
Good problem solving skills
Good English and Native Swedish
