OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Technical Support and Trainer you will get an introduction to Tyco as a company and in all of their products. You will work alongside with technicians on site and be a part of commissioning. As a Trainer you could be traveling abroad to train clients around all Nordic and maybe even within or outside Europe.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Technical Product Support and Trainer you will support customers in the Nordic countries regarding FireClass and ZETTLER brands. The support will mostly be given by phone or email and includes e.g. resolving technical issues, translating and reviewing technical documents, clarify instructions on installing and programming. The position involves frequent travelling across the Nordic countries where you organize technical trainings and seminars, and provide information about products for the distributor’s customers as well as staff. You will report to the Technical Support Manager in Germany.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor degree in electronics or has acquired their knowledge through work experience. Having worked in the industry for a couple of years, you have solid knowledge of System integration as well as Fire Detection market and standards. We also believe that you have a keen technical interest as well as an ability to learn about new products. It is a major advantage if you have knowledge in EM 54 or SPF 110.

As a person, you are self-propelled, action oriented and a problem solver. You are customer focused and have a great desire to develop your technical skills and share your expertise with others. As this role involves collaboration with others, you are also a communicative person with great social skills, and you feel comfortable to represent the company in front of customers and consultants. Since Tyco is an international company, full proficiency in English as well as Swedish are a prerequisite. Knowledge in German is an advantage.
