The Residential EPAC After Market & Customer Care department is now looking for a Technical Support Communicator, to expand our scope of products and services. Your Role
As a Technical Support Communicator you will be part of a highly motivated team of about 5 people, supporting end customers globally with product knowledge via our newly established Husqvarna Self-Service site including both knowledgebase and chatbot, always exploring new ways of creating a premium customer experience.
As a communicator you are responsible for creating content consisting of text, illustration, photo and video. You decide what helps our customers get the most out of our Husqvarna products and services.
The products to be responsible for in this role are initially Residential Robotic Lawn Mowers and digital services such as the Husqvarna Connect app, the Automower® Connect app and Husqvarna Fleet™ Services.
The role includes the following main areas:
Create content for Husqvarna Self-Service site and keep it up-to-date. In close collaboration with our development team, product owners and specialist, proactively identify what information needs to be shared to our customers for a premium customer experience. Reactively create content on frequently asked questions.
Create and update troubleshooting content for our Product Assistant chatbot, guiding our customers to a solution, step by step in a user-friendly way.
Monitor, analyze and report metrics to identify the customer satisfaction of our products as well as the Husqvarna Self-Service site and the Product Assistant chatbot. Husqvarna Self-Service | Husqvarna UK
In close collaboration with the Product Managers, identify improvements related to processes, way of working and the content management systems.

You will report to Customer Care Manager within the Residential EPAC After Market & Customer Care department.
Location: Huskvarna, or any other region from remote (willing to travel).
Who you are
We are looking for a person who enjoys working with the written language, to create content that translates technical procedures, into something crystal clear to our end customers, bringing in pictures & videos when suitable.
You are an innovative person who dares to take own initiatives, with a strong sense of ownership. A social person, who finds it easy to see and understand customers' needs through communication - and you have a technical understanding, inner drive and a structured way of working.
You have thorough oral and written English language skills and a technical interest. In addition, you have great knowledge of the process of creating correct and easy to grasp instructions and descriptions.
If you are experienced in photo and video production, there is an opportunity for you to create in-house media content.
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of HTML
Good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
2 (or more) years of work experience in digital communication, technical writing or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
Experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM user
Photo and video production skills (mobile devices)
Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro)
Strong computer skills
Experience of translation management
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Swedish, German and/or French language skills
Bachelor or Master education in digital communication, marketing or similar
