Arbetsbeskrivning
1. Responsible for timely handling of various after-sales faults of commercial vehicles in the market, reducing VOR rates;
2. Responsible for collecting feedback on various quality issues of commercial vehicles in the market, tracking and handling them until the issues are resolved;
3. Responsible for providing technical support and training to local engineers and service providers, improving their professionalism, and reducing troubleshooting time;
4. Responsible for coordinating various business communications with domestic R&D, quality, spare parts and other related departments to ensure smooth business progress.
