Tobii Technology was founded in 2001 and is one of Sweden's most successful and innovative technology companies.We offer a wide range of product solutions based on our unique eye tracking technology.Tobii is profitable, expanding quickly, and always looking for new talent and individuals with a desire to drive their own growth and succeed on the Tobii team.The support team is a central part of Tobii Technology.We work with technical support, training and product documentation to all of Tobiis customers.We are also an important source of information for our development teams.Right now we are looking for a new colleague to join the support team, working with Europe and the rest of the world.You will be working from the main office in Stockholm, giving support in both German and English.[We are looking for someone who is service minded and with a great technical interest.You are fluent in German and English and you enjoy having daily contact with our customers, mainly over the phone.In detail you will be working with: * Daily support over the phone and by email. * Evaluation and handling of questions from our customers. * Pro-active contact with already existing clients to ease their use of Tobii products. * Creating documentation and support material.[[ Previous experience from IT support and customer service is no requirement but qualifying as is knowledge in other languages in addition to German and English.[ Apply by clicking the button below.Please write "Technical support" in the subject field.Apply before February 2, we will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate.
