Responsibility: Responsible for technically supporting the Business Units and Commercial system after market management on FL Washers and Dryers equipment to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Authority: Utilize the resources in Global Operations and Global R&D to find answers to the technical questions risen by the field through the Quality Improvement Process plus redirecting requests to the appropriate channel when needed.

Key assignments:
? Contact person for service organization
? Provide answers to technical requests
? Redirecting requests that do not fall into the responsibility of this role to the appropriate channel, e.g.
- Logistics questions
- Spare Parts logistics questions
- Documentation improvement
- Technical specification change requests
? Request Customer Care to raise a Weak Signal when the issue in question is considered systematic and still unknown.

Qualifications:
. Very good product knowledge
. Good technical knowledge and experience, both mechanical and electrical
. Preferably several years of experience in technical support and root cause identification
. Very good communication skills
. Swedish and English
