Recruitment company based in Dublin, Ireland. Currently focusing on IT recruitment - junior positions combining Customer Service and Technical Support with global IT company IBM.

We are currently looking for Norwegian Customer Service Representatives to work in IBM's European Centre in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in IT within a multinational and busy environment. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a strong interest in IT.

Responsibilities:
~ Dealing with inbound calls from IBM business clients.
~ Identifying and solving client problems, and updating client files.
~ Dealing with other clients technical queries which are related to their IBM products.

~ The work is performed within IBM but the Contract is signed between you and Manpower, starting for a period of 11 months and then extended on 12 months basis.
~ 20 days holidays + 9 bank holidays per year.
~ Full training provided (2 weeks).

Requirements:
~ Fluent Norwegian and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
~ Previous Customer Service experience (at least 6 months) is a must.
~ A genuine interest in IT (previous IT experience and/or IT degree are an advantage).

40 hours/week, office hours Monday - Friday. Due to the time difference between Norway and Ireland certain shifts will be starting at. 6.00. A requirement is that you are flexible when it comes to working hours as you may be asked to cover occasional evening shifts if necessary.

Preparations and interviews are held over the phone, so you don't need not fly back and forth. Manpower/IBM offer a contribution towards your move; 700 euro from which 350 euro is paid after 2 months and the remaining 350 euro after an additional two months. (This is tax free so you would receive 350 euro x 2).
