Technical Support Specialist

We are growing rapidly and we need to strengthen our internal operational support with a competent, structured, and committed problem solver. We are therefore looking for an open and thorough team player who is happy to take personal responsibility, but also supports others to ensure that we achieve our common goals - continued very high customer satisfaction and quality in our delivery, despite rapidly increasing volumes.
The role as Technical Support Specialist primarily involves supporting customer support and operations in Sweden and Norway with technical knowledge and configuration of the business logic in our platform when we add new customers and locations or change prices, booking rules or equivalent.
You are a social and well-structured person that will have a lot of contact with other groups within the company, as well as with customers, partners, and sub-contractors. You will also assist with in-house training in connection with us releasing new functions; perform troubleshooting and write technical documentation.
We believe that you are a university engineer with a couple of years of experience from a similar position within a service company with its own SaaS platform, preferably within IoT.
Technically you are person that works with MySQL with ease as well as using command line tools in a Linux / UNIX environment. Basic knowledge of Git and experience with KeyCloak is a plus, but not a requirement.
The role presupposes that you have excellent writing and speech skills in both Swedish and English. We speak Swedish in our Swedish office and our Norwegian colleagues.
