Technical Support Specialist in Gothenburg

Job description
We are currently looking for a technology-driven technical support specialist for our customer in the automotive industry. Do you have a passion for support and configuration in different systems? Then this might be a perfect position for you!


This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Randstad Technologies.

Responsibilities
Drive and secure requirements with suppliers. Connect chargers at customers facilities. Monitor charging infrastructure. Troubleshooting and case management with partners. Educate and obtain feedback as input to service development from customers.

Working hours
Full-time. (WFH during the pandemic is implemented – Certain days it will be required to be present at the local office). Working hours: Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00”. 

Qualifications
Technology-driven and comfortable to work with configuration in different systems
Service-minded with the customer in focus
Driver's license
Post-secondary technical education
Experience of operating a charger is a plus but not a requirement
