ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In this role you will be an important part of the company and team where you mainly work with digital solutions to exciting industries such as mining and construction. You will on daily basis interact with internal and external contacts which makes you an important person of the customer's trust. In your role you will work with researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.

We are looking for you who:


* Work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technican or similar role.
* Have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
* Are up to date with the latest software tools.
* Are flexible since occasional international travel is required in this position.
* Speaks english fluently, this due to internal and external contacts.


It is meritious if you have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or another relevant field. We also see it as meritious if you have knowledge about mining applications and methods and experience in Linux system and Windows.
