Technical Tester - Södertälje

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Tester who is experienced in different tools used for monitoring/managing environments.

What you'll do:
● Contribute to routines and solutions for coherent test data (the right data in each environment).
● Lead workshops with representatives from the development teams regarding problems and improvements in the test environments.
● Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability before delivery.
● Provides hands-on lead-by-example development and maintenance of test plans, test cases and test automation systems covering all aspects of the software.
● Automate tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
Who you are:
● Relevant experience of coordination and management of test environment-related issues in larger contexts, e.g., as test environment coordinator for entire IT departments, at larger organizations or in large projects / programs.
● Have experience with different tools used for monitoring/managing environments and working with stumps and suede.
● Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented QA personnel.
● Understanding of defect reporting, version control, and configuration management best practices, along with different testing phase best practices and objectives (functional, system integration, UAT, performance).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
