Technical Trainee to Skånemejerier's Young Talent Program

We are looking for a new star for our Young Talent Program starting in late spring/summer 2023. In this program, we train and coach the next generation of leaders within Skånemejerier. This is the perfect career opportunity for you who are interested in dairy technology, FMCG and leadership!

The Challenge
As our Young Talent, a trainee position in Skånemejerier, you’ll have a unique opportunity to begin a long and developing career within the dairy industry. You will be involved in our journey to become the most sustainable dairy in Sweden and at the same time become part of a large international network in a dynamic and global group.

We offer a permanent position, starting with a trainee period of 15 - 18 months. During the trainee program, you will get a deep understanding of our complex production, maintenance work as well as get involved in ongoing technical projects. You will develop your skills in industrial project management and get to know Lactalis’ methods and ways of working. You will participate in the following projects with a senior project manager:

- Installation of an automated packaging line

- Installation of a new process

- Media optimization to increase sustainability

During the program, you will also participate in trainings to continue developing both your personal and professional self. When the trainee program is finished, you will continue your employment in Skånemejerier within the technical department.

Qualifications

- You have finished your BSC or MSc within mechanics, technology, bio chemistry or dairy industry

- You have maximum two years of relevant work experience

- You have a high level of English, both verbally and in writing

- You have a technical background and/or interest

Meritorious

- Previous international experience through studies or work abroad

- Swedish language skills
