Technical Trainer

We are on an exciting journey to deliver our solutions to a growing market. As Technical Trainer you will be part of a global team working closely with software architects, developers, technical writers and test engineers. This is an opportunity to work with Medical Device products in a global organization.
As Technical trainer you will be working with various tasks focused on training technical staff in order to help them to deliver high quality solutions and support.
Responsibilities
•Develop high-quality technical training material for all Ascom’s Unite products
•Actively maintain the existing training material
•Execute instructor led training events (online and on-site)
•Proactively and continuously work on improving the technical competence of technical staff in the Regions, 3rd party resellers and where applicable, the OEM channels
We expect that you will take own initiatives in keeping yourself updated within the latest technology in your area of expertise.
Qualifications
•BSc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar background
•3-5 years’ experience from a technical training environment
•Proven pedagogical skills
•Experience in modern training techniques like E-learning
•Knowledge about Windows server based solutions
•Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
•Know-how in project- and installation management
•Willingness to travel
