Technician

About the job

We are hiring a Technician to join our skilled NPI team. The Technician will focus on manufacturing of battery prototypes, create work instructions and support in all prototype build. As a Technician you are part of the introduction of new products in Polarium and you are expected to drive continuous improvements in overall manufacturing, including improved work environment and increased operational efficiency. Travel to visit manufacturing sites in other countries is a possibility for this role.

The position is based in Kista, Sweden

Responsibilities:

- DPR/FMEA Processes
- Mfg process development
- Work instructions development
- Manufacturing execution system (MES) systems configurations alignment with process
- Transfer of products to volume sites


Qualification and experience:

- 1-3 years of production experience
- Experience with Kaizen, Lean and / or CIP processes
- Process-orientated and analytical approach to delivering operational efficiency
- Can work independently, take initiatives as well as lead the agenda
- MES expertise is a merit
- English language in conversation and writing is a must
- Excellent knowledge of PLC, electrical and mechanical is a merit
- Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit
