We are now looking for a technician to our Cisco UC & Video servicedesk to our UC Platforms department, which consists of about 100 specialists in 30 locations around Sweden.

This is the job
The position involves close contact with customers and often responsible managers at customers, so it is important that you feel comfortable in these situations. It must feel natural for you to communicate and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing, in Swedish as well as English. In most cases, our services are a combination of independent efforts and teamwork - if you are both self-driven, structured and a good teammate, you will be happy working with us.

This is what you have
You have good knowledge of the most common protocols connected to UC such as ISDN, SIP and basic knowledge of network architecture. You should also have good knowledge of Windows servers.
It is qualifying to have worked with Cisco UC and Cisco Video as well as holding certifications in these areas. If you also have experience in virtualized environments, Linux, API programming, this is another advantage.
We are looking for you who are curious and interested in further development in the UC area. You should be communicative, confident in yourself and yet able to master the technology in a good way.
