Technology Cooperation Manager

For the Technical Cooperation Department of Huawei’s Sweden Research Centre (SRC), we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate who would like to support the work of the Director as a Technology Cooperation Manager


Responsibilities
Keep pacing with the cutting edge ICT technologies’ status and trend of leading universities,
research institutes and companies, provide the right partner per the request of SRC/HQ:
Manage all the cooperation projects initiated by SRC/HQ according to company’s procedures and processes;
Sourcing and providing proper cooperation partners for certain cooperation projects of SRC and HQ
Recommending potential valuable partners to SRC and HQ
Build the extensive and long term relationship with the leading universities, research institutes and companies;
Identify key initiatives for direction and potential cooperation projects;

Skills requirements
Master or PhD in telecommunication, EE, computer science, or similar fields of ICT;
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the industry with both big companies and startups;
Ability to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards external partners;
Extensive and profound knowledge and understanding of the details of the cutting edge ICT technologies;
Broad connections with academy and industry (including universities, research institutes, VCs, startups and companies);
Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit and independent working capability;
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish or Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered a plus
Short-term travels in Europe and China (HQ) are required.



This is a full-time consultancy position at the Huawei R&D office in Stockholm.
