You will be responsible for setting and driving the execution of the strategic agenda for Technology Services within Digital. In your day-to-day work you will collaborate with Domain Engineering Managers in the Digital Technology organization to define and execute a strategy and roadmap of change that both drive business performance and technical progression in terms of modern technology practices, security and architecture Technology
Skills and Competence we wish for you to have:
· 10+ years of experience in running large multi-disciplined technology/engineering teams, including leading teams across multiple locations.
· Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the application and execution within a retail or similar environment
· Knowledge of CI/CD, data/system integration, test automation and experience working with DevOps concepts, tools and ways of working as a part of agile software development
· Proven knowledge and ability to transform and optimize a globally distributed Service Desk

· Deep understanding of the cost drivers and effective leveraging of private, hybrid and public cloud/service delivery as well as the commercial consequences of technical decisions
· Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
· Proven knowledge and ability to transform and optimise processes and behaviours
About the work area
The digital agenda is driven by technology, by engineering excellent digital products. In order to enable speed, flexibility, and agility across software engineering domains, a solid infrastructure and operations leader is required to drive the Technology Services agenda in creating a strong digital foundation as a prerequisite, This is where your role as a Technology Services Manager comes in. You will report to the Digital Technology Manager. You will lead a senior leadership team that oversees the people, processes, and technologies within the Technology Services organization to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the goals of the business. Therefore, it is important that you have strong documented leadership skills.
The role is based in Malmö, Sweden.
