Opportunities have arisen at this Nottingham based contact centre for Nordic Technical Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an established but continually expanding team of Nordic support agents.
Following a 5 week training programme, you will provide 1st level IT support to customers of Elkjop, Elgiganten, PC City and Gigantti
You will have patience, logic and people skills that are equally effective on the phone or face to face and experience of supporting IT products.
