Academic Work is looking for two telemarketing associates to our client. You will work part time on the side of your studies. You will work about 15-20 hours a week with flexible working hours.
You will be part of a team of 45 highly driven individuals from 20 different nationalities, where everyone’s ideas and work are recognized and valued. This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at our client.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
We are looking for telemarketing associates to help our clients marketing team to establish
partnerships on a global level. As a Telemarketing Associate, your job will be to initiate and develop partner relationships with the clients university database mainly via telephone meetings. This requires strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.

You will get first-hand experience from working with top academic institutions and
companies. You will negotiate with clients from different cultural backgrounds and work
in an international and dynamic team.

Our client’s main markets are the USA, India, South Korea, China, Japan and Poland. You will investigate the potential of the company’s new markets (Turkey, Canada, Pacific Asia, your suggestion), as well as develop new business opportunities among their existing markets.

We are looking for you who


* Previous work experience in telemarketing is a plus, but not compulsory
* Studying marketing, finance or similar at the university
* Working proficiency in English. Additional language skills considered strong
merit


As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and good communication. You are a problem solver and have good analytical skills. Furthermore, you have a high level of initiative, are performance oriented and works well with minimal supervision. Finally you are also ambitious, easy to work with, have a good sense of humor and always has a positive attitude.
