We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a: Telemarketing Manager We are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our team in Stockholm with a Telemarketing Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a telesales team for the entire European sales organisation.You will set best practices, participate in strategy development for this sales channel, be responsible for target setting and team management, responsible for budget and personnel in the team, coach each team member in how to reach his/her goals and be in charge of the daily operations including follow-up.You will also work with some clients yourself where the main task is to maintain and expand relations with companies globally.A successful candidate will be ambitious and socially competent and have previous experience from Telesales Management.Leadership skills and dedication to results are key for success in this role as well as enjoying working in sales.
