TELESALES AGENT POSITIONS

Internet Global Services Sweden AB has been operating in Sweden since 2007 focusing on foreign markets and providing companies with strategic management, market research, marketing, finance, telesales and customer support functions.

Currently, we are looking for telesales agents who have excellent communication skills and an extensive know-how on sales over telephone and campaign applications The candidates will be considered as agents within the telesales department.

Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience as a telesales agent with proven customer relations skills, preferably on digital markets such as interactive entertainment or e-commerce
Experience and desire to establish and maintain good relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
