ProVoice AB is looking for personnel who would like to work at our concern company, Runway International in Riga.Runway has been created to deliver a high quality outsourced contact centre for multinationel companies seeking to serve the Baltic, Scandinavian and Northen European markets.We are now looking for personnel who have excellent Swedish and English language skills, in purpose to serve one of our biggest clientes.It is preffered if you have some financial backgroud and sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Exel.As one of our agents you are expected to make about 60 outgoing phonecalls a day.Good communications skills are therefore an absolute requirement, as you would be expected to act as a key contact for all parties.You should be action oriented, enjoying working hard and striving for the best results. The main principal is to have a positive attitude, a will to learn, as well as a disire to get to know another culture and different working environment.We would like you to stay in Riga for att least six months and the accomondation is provided by us.You will have a Swedish employment at ProVoice AB during the period of the project, and therefore also get paid with a Swedish salary.
