Telesales Executives - Dublin
We are currently looking for telesales executives for a multinational company with headquarters in Dublin.It is one of the leading providers of intelligent learning solutions across the globe.
You will act as inside sales and marketing consultant.You will be the initial point of contact for many partners and prospects and as such must have proven capabilities in dealing with customers.Specifically, you will have three main areas of focus:
1.Responding to Inbound Queries: You will be rquired to respond to inbound queries from customer and partner prospects throughout the world.Using strong verbal and written communication skills, you would follow up on these queries with a view to qualifying prospects, assessing their interest, identifying potential opportunities, progressing the sales process.
2.Conducting Marketing Campaigns:.You will take direction from the centralised marketing team to plan out and execute marketing campaigns.This may involve conducting market research, making contact with prospects, documenting progress, reporting findings and providing a hand-over to a local sales representative at an appropriate stage.
3.Assisting with Proposal Development: You will assist the sales and marketing teams to develop customer proposals by managing a central repository of proposal data.This will include standard information that typically is included in most proposals.The consultants will have responsibility for gathering existing proposal information and updating the proposal database on a regular basis in line with the requirements of the business.
The successful candidates will be dynamic, outgoing, self-starting individuals who enjoy dealing with customers and prospects.Strong verbal and written skills are essential for these roles, together with good IT skills.The roles will require at least two years' experience where the individual has demonstrated a proficiency in dealing with customers, preferably in a software sales-related marketplace.
Flexible working hours to deal with global time zones are a requirement for the job.
The compensation package will include a variable component related to the achievement of agreed business development/sales targets.
Education and Work Experience
.Degree or equivalent
.At least two years' experience in an office environment, preferably in a sales related role.
Specialised Knowledge and Skills
.Good working knowledge of IT in an office environment
.Self-starter with excellent time management, decision making, and organisational skills.
.Professional appearance and presentation.
.Excellent verbal and written communications skills
.Must be fluent in at least one other European language apart from English
.Interested in sales
.Structured approach with attention to detail
.Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
