TELESALES MANAGER - Swedish Team - Cork

Location: Ireland - Cork Start Date: as soon as possible Responsible for managing Consumer sales activity of a centralized Telesales sales unit for sales comprised of first line managers, specialists, support, training and sales professionals. This position reports to the Senior Telesales Manager and is responsible for achieving a significant piece of the sales . Responsibilities:- * Ensure the Consumer Telesales organization is planned and projected to support the revenue targets of the Segment. *Direct the annual operating expense budget. Develop long range strategy to improve business revenue and reduce costs to improve profitability. *Ensure that targets and business objectives are achieved. * Maintain an excellent relationship with the customer in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to all customers . * Measure Customer Satisfaction to continuously improve the customer experience . * Responsible for driving the requirements for technology to deliver an outstanding experience to the customers . *Integration of complex e-commerce, telecommunications and front-office automation to drive revenue and increase repeat business. * Perform all personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; encourage professional development through job assignments and training. * Develop and maintain business plan and budget. A strong sales background including 9+ years of demonstrated sales management experience or equivalent. Position requires strong planning, organizational, communication, sales management and leadership skills.
