Overview of the role
We are looking to grow our Sales team with an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Representative who will help us expand our client base. Your objective is to be a first contact for new opportunities with companies involved in innovation. The ultimate aim is to generate as many quality business meetings for the business development team in order to grow Leyton Sverige’s clients’ portfolio.
You will do so by doing your own research in order to find eligible companies. This is a B2B role where contacting C-level decision makers will mainly be done through cold calling and emailing them directly.
You will be working in a fun and sociable office, where you will be recognised and praised for your achievements. This is a team environment that suits people who enjoy working collaboratively.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
· Energy and a “can-do” attitude
· A passion for sales is a must
· Proven experience of cold calling
· Perfect Communication Skills, bilingual in Swedish & English
· Great Team-spirit

· Strong business acumen
· Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
· Self Starter and disciplined
· Motivated with the ability to work on your own and be a contributing member of a team
· Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on time
