Telesales Teamleader / Manager - Swedish speaking

We are actively seeking an experienced Telesales Teamleader / Manager who is business fluent in Swedish and English.


1. Are you fluent to business level ( C1/C2 ) in Swedish and English ( speak + read + write )?
2. Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in Telesales management ( team leader ) experience?
3. Do you want to work in England?

This is an exciting role where your Swedish and English language skills are used daily and leading a team of telesales professionals.


THE JOB DUTIES

Team management:
- Motivation, training of the team
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Staff meetings and appraisals
- Control of the performance management process.
- Professional & disciplinary leadership of the team.
- Optimise sales processes/procedures
- Campaign planning & marketing input
- Collection of key figures and reports on important key figures for team management

Telesales:
- Direct sale by telephone

Order processing / CRM:
- Order entry and maintenance of customer data


THE PERSON / SKILLS NEEDED

- Fluent Swedish ( C1/C2 ) - speak, read, write
- Fluent English ( C1/C2 ) - speak, read and write
- Have at least 3 years experience in outbound Telesales Team Management.
- Strong leadership experience and enjoy leading teams.
- Very good user knowledge handling CRM software.
- Enjoy selling and are not afraid of making cold calls.
- Driven to beat and exceed sales targets
- Able to sell via the phone and create long lasting customer relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills ( spoken / written )

WORKING IN THE UK
